Wi Marn Thai, Chatswood – gluten free friendly

We were lucky enough to be treated to lunch at work the other day at Wi Marn Thai in Chatswood. I had been to Wi Marn Thai a number of times before and therefore knew that there were a number of gluten free options on the menu. They used to have a symbol next to each item on the menu that was, or could be made, gluten free, however they no longer do this as they say that most dishes can be made so.I absolutely love Wi Marn Thai’s salt and pepper calamari and therefore requested this as one of the entree options. The calamari is beautifully crispy and I love the kick that the chilli gives this dish.

Salt and pepper calamari Salt and pepper calamari While we usually share a couple of dishes I decided that I felt like a Thai Beef Salad and left the others to share. The Thai Beef salad was huge (the photo does not do it justice) but there was plenty of salad and the dressing was very tasty.

Thai beef salad Thai beef salad I would be quite happy with a main sized dish of salt and pepper calamari when visiting Wi Marn but all the dishes I have tried are yummy. What is your Favourite Thai dish?
